It enables permanent joining of two or more parts by partial spot weld penetration of the sheet material. We perform this operation with the use of ASPA welders of various power, based on the control programs stored in the machine memory with set parameters: current value, electrode pressure force, electrode shortening time. The number of programs used (cycle types) depends on:
- material type of welded elements,
- their thickness,
- the necessary spot breaking strength.
The developed and saved programs are the result of work and experience of our technologists.
We also have practical knowledge in welding together two elements made of different types of sheet metal. This solution is used when other technologies of combining these elements, for a given case, cannot be used.
The repeatability and quality of production are ensured through the preparation and effective use of various types of instruments, templates and other positioning elements (clamps, vises, etc.).

Examples of solutions
Wide rack housing
Made of metal subassemblies, made of electrolytically coated sheet steel, with different thicknesses, then combined by plasma welding and pressure welding processes. The components were made using the following technologies: laser punching, multi-operational edge bending, fastening of connection elements on the press and masking of some surfaces before powder coating. The next two operations were powder painting and screen printing.
Thin rack housing
Made of metal subassemblies, made of electrolytically coated sheet steel, with different thicknesses, then combined by plasma welding and pressure welding processes. The components were made using the following technologies: laser punching, multi-operational edge bending, fastening of connection elements on the press and masking of some surfaces before powder coating. The next two operations were powder painting and screen printing.
Audio driver covers
Made of chromium-nickel sheet, 0.8 mm thick, with one-side foil, using the technology of: laser cutting, precision bending on the edge press in a manner that ensures that no damage is caused to the surfaces indicated as significant due to the aesthetics of the controller. Bench work, including polishing, was also of great importance.
The external casing of the Audio device
The casing is made of steel sheet based on the technologies of: mechanical punching, bending, welding, using numerically controlled machines and dedicated equipment ensuring compliance with all dimensional parameters. The casing, after a suitable final bench work machining, masking the surface of the mass circuit, has been powder coated.
