The client sends his documentation in the form in which he has it, usually in electronic form, in various formats. We analyse the received documentation, contact the client immediately, requesting clarification of technical details or additional information. We have previously signed a confidentiality agreement to protect the client’s interests. If the client does not have full documentation, we offer assistance in its adaptation or development.
At the stage of preparing the offer, we select technologies that we will be using. The offer presents possible costs and deadlines related to the implementation of the selected technologies.
After accepting our offer, signing a contract for delivery or receiving an order, we develop detailed technological documentation, enter data into the production management system, make or buy the necessary tools and devices, develop programs for machine control.
Before starting mass production, we usually make samples and present them to the customer for evaluation and approval.
