We provide services in the field of mechanical dimensions measurements of plastic, rubber, printed circuit boards and metal parts by means of the TESA VISIO 300 DCC optical control and measurement system. The system is equipped with a USB2 colour camera with a resolution of 3 million pixels and a touch probe that makes it possible to take measurements in 3D.
The edge detector, which the system is equipped, makes measurements easier and makes it possible to eliminate errors caused by operators and significantly improves the repeatability of measurements. Built-in laser pointer makes it easier to find the section of the part of the detail that is currently being observed.
